CEDA’s journey began in the vibrant state of Colorado, where ideas and innovation thrive. Our founder, Sisay Teklu, immigrated to the United States from Ethiopia, bringing with him extensive experience in organizational development and leadership. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit in the USA, particularly within low-income communities, Sisay was driven by a deep desire to create positive change back in Africa.

His determination to make a difference became the foundation of CEDA, and today, that seed of hope continues to grow as we empower individuals across Ethiopia.
